E-Verify advises not taking any action on these cases at this time, including selecting “no photo displayed.” Instead, please check back periodically to see if the photo becomes available. There is no estimated resolution timeline, but we are actively engaging with their team and will keep you updated.
E-Verify support has also clarified that if you are unable to create cases within the three-day federal requirement due to this issue, you will not be penalized. When able to proceed, please select “Technical Problems” as the reason for the delay.
