We've been notified by DISA of a temporary court system issue that is impacting turnaround times for background checks involving Cuyahoga County, OH.
The Rocky River Municipal Court is currently experiencing IT issues that are preventing access to its court records. While we're still able to search the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court (felony records) and the other courts included in our Cuyahoga County search package, we can't finalize the overall county search until access to Rocky River Municipal Court is restored.
The court has indicated that there is an estimated recovery date is 8/7, so any background checks requiring a Cuyahoga County search may take a little longer than usual until the issue is resolved.
