We've reported the new "Unauthorized Access" error message to Bullhorn.
IN THE MEANTIME THERE IS A WORKAROUND:
If you need to send onboarding/edocs to your candidates, please file a FreshService ticket.
The web portal (standalone chrome browser, not the integration in Bullhorn) is still working, and Alex Hand has volunteered to help Market Coordinators/Recruiters to gain this access.
Please keep in mind it would be helpful if each office identified a single point person to send edocs at this time, if possible. This will help to keep things running smoothly. If your office needs multiple people to gain access, we understand and will support you as needed, you best know what your individual circumstances require. Thank you!
