Step 2: Select which survey you want to fill out from the list.

Consider your current morale on a scale of one to five. Five being the best, one being the lowest.
Select your rating, then click Next.
Live through Vulnerability and drop a note as to why you rated the way you did. Remember, this is anonymous so be honest!
Click Submit.
SHOUT OUT TO A COWORKER:
Give a shout out to someone who has gone above and beyond to help you outside of their normal job responsibilities.
Enter Who, then give a brief description of why you are giving them a shoutout. Let us know how this person lived our values and pillars to help you.
SUBMIT A CELEBRATION:
Are you celebrating an achievement, a wedding, a new house, a pregnancy? Is your coworker celebrating something? Submit a Celebration for yourself or a colleague so we can all celebrate together!
Enter Who, then give a brief description of what you or they are celebrating.
