The TalentLaunch illustrated proven processes can be both a sales and marketing tool in that they instantly and clearly outline to prospective and current customers what they can expect from the beginning to the end of what we provide in terms of service. A proven process can also be used internally to educate staff members as to what to expect from their provider. It frames expectations and provides transparency around the service or product offering. For example: Most of us don’t go to Starbucks for the best cup of coffee we’ve ever had, but we go there because we know what to expect. It is important to understand that these processes are deemed ‘proven’ because we have demonstrated success with a documented process that is repeatable for our customers.
We have two seperate Proven Process charts for each side of the TalentLaunch business. The first to illustrate the acquisition side of the business and the second to illustrate the TalentLaunch services side for our active customers.
