Where can I find my paystubs?
After logging into your pay portal link thru Managed Bookmarks, you will end up on your home screen that will show the information of your most recent paystub. To view all paystubs and more details simply click on Pay History → Paystubs. From this screen you can pull down from the view menu and select a specific paystub to view by date. Hover over the pdf to get options to download or print your paystub. For summary wage information over a set time you may prefer to go to Pay History →Pay Details Report where you can create a pdf or excel report of earned wages.
How do I pull my W2?
After logging into your pay portal link thru Managed Bookmarks, click on Pay History →Tax Forms. From this screen you will see your W2 and can hover over the pdf to get options to download or print your W2.
How can I change my direct deposit?
After logging into your pay portal link thru Managed Bookmarks, you can either go to Pay History→Paystubs or Documents → HR Documents. To go to the paystubs screen you will click edit your Direct Deposit information at the top of the page. From here you will see your current banking information and be able to edit and submit changes. You can also go thru HR Documents and create a new document for Direct Deposit which will take you to the same screen.
***HSA Account Holders***
You will notice a Key Bank account setup that matches the HSA deduction you have taken out. Do NOT edit this account to update your HSA deduction amount!!
Where do I update my W4?
After logging into your pay portal link thru Managed Bookmarks, you can either go to Pay History→Paystubs or Documents → HR Documents. To go to the paystubs screen you will click edit your W-4 information at the top of the page. Click on +New W-4 and follow the steps to submit W-4 changes. You can also go thru HR Documents and create a new document for W-4 which will take you to the same screen.
How do I update my contact information?
After logging into your pay portal link thru Managed Bookmarks, click on HR Profile. You can select Personal Info, Address, Dependents or Contacts. Under each screen you can click edit to make personal changes you would like to have updated in the payroll system.
