Vonage Click to Dial Troubleshooting

When experiencing issues with click to dial functionality, here are some steps you can take to potentially resolve the issue before submitting an incident. 


1. When using the soft phone on your Chromebook/Pixelbook, please ensure that the Vonage extension and application are opened and ready for use. Please navigate to the extension and ensure that the Bullhorn integration and Click to Dial is connected/enabled. If you are missing integrations within your extension, please contact the IT helpdesk for further assistance. 



                             


2. Some issues are easily fixed through a "fresh start" of the extension, which can be accomplished by right clicking within the extension, and selecting Reload.. We also suggest that you perfrom an advanced cache clear within the Google Chrome browser at this time. Finally, you can continue by re-opening a new session of Bullhorn.

3. If the steps above do not resolve your issue, checking for any system updates/restarting your device should be your last steps prior to contacting the help desk.
