If you are looking to setup a personalized voicemail message/prompt within Vonage, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to app.vonage.com, and login into your service account with your username (email) and password (this is a personalized password):
2. Select Settings, and then select Voicemail:
3. Select Record. This will prompt you for a phone number, and this is where the unavailable greeting will be recorded. Once you receive the call, begin recording your message when prompted.
4. You will be required to press the # key when finished. Select option 1 if you are satisfied with the recording, and select option 2 if you'd like to re-record the message.
5. Once option 1 is selected, this will save the recording to your profile. This can be accessed by selecting play here:
