Adding
Our Chrome Extension is going to use a feature called "Phone Numbers on Page" to search the html code to locate a 10 digit number and associate it with a name. Here is a quick guide on how that works.
Editing
If you have a Contact that has updated their name or number, you'll want to make sure you update that in TextUs. You can also edit a Contact if you receive a text from someone who you have not added in yet. This way you can use our Personalization tool as well as know who you're texting. Tagging
Tagging a Contact in TextUs is a quick way for you to filter search results. You can add things like: speciality, location, birthdate, etc. Find out more about adding Tags here and searching tags here.
