Opt Outs

Opt outs for texting is just like an unsubscribe for emails. If a use texts in and expresses that they would like to opt out of your messages, you will need to abide by their request. Opt-outs are company wide, once someone on the team opts a number out, no one else will be able to text them. 


● Contacts can automatically be opted out by texting in the single word: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT

● To manually opt someone out follow this guide to manually opt them out.

● It’s not uncommon for someone to request to be opted back in. They can automatically be opted back in by texting in the single word: START, YES or UNSTOP

● You can manually start the request to opt someone in by following the same guide as above and selecting Request Opt In. This will trigger an email to your organizational admin, he can than finish the opt-in process using this guide.
