Notifications

TextUs has 4 different notification options for when you get a new inbound message:


Email - Email notification are sent based on the option you have selected in your settings. The default is to only receive these when you are offline. But you can adjust them to always send an email or never.

Desktop Chrome Desktop notifications will have a pop-up appear on whatever web-page your on, to indicate a new inbound message was received.

Sound - Hear a chime when receive new message.

In App - Red circle with a number inside will appear on the conversation icon, the number indicates the number of new unread messages.


Conversations


Filtering - TextUs has 4 ways to filter your conversations, by flagged contacts, by unread messages, bunanswered messages and by those contacts that have notes.

Searching - You can search your Conversations for specific terms in the messages. Once you have selected a found Message, you can scroll through the Conversation window's history to locate the matching information. The found search will be highlighted green for easy viewing!


Groups

What they are - We create Groups to send Broadcast messages to. Everybody in the Group gets a private message from you. They never see any other Contact's responses or know they are in a Group. Our Groups can consist of up to 100 contacts.
