Able Engage Portal

Able Engage Portal


The Able Engage Portal allows an employee to search for jobs and access their paystubs, healthcare information, direct deposit settings and more - all from one central location. This is also where you will find any documents you need to fill out to complete the hiring and onboarding process.


Login 

Log in to the Able portal using the information sent via email. You will see the welcome screen below:






Understanding Your Homescreen

Click Job Search to access the job search feature. Click My Profile to return to your profile page. 





Any notifications that need your attention will appear under the notification (bell) icon on the top menu.






Left Navigation Menu








Overview
The welcome screen shown below details basic employee info along with the most recent activity. If you have steps to complete for your onboarding, a message will appear immediately underneath the welcome message. Click the Complete Onboarding button to verify your account and begin filling out your onboarding forms.




Basic Information

Shows email, phone and residence information. If anything is incorrect in this section, contact your recruiter as soon as possible. 


Job Preferences

This section allows you to select what kind of job types you are interested in, a radius of where you are willing to work, and a minimum hourly wage. Check the job alerts box to receive email alerts when matching jobs come available. Click Save when done making changes.





Availability

This section allows you to save when you are available to start working and select which shifts work best for you. Click Save when done making changes.










Jobs Applied For

Shows all jobs applied for and the date sent.


Onboarding History

This screen contains a list of documents that have been signed with the date and time of their signing. Many documents can be reviewed by clicking on the View link on the right-hand end of the row. If you have documents that still need to be signed, an alert will appear at the top of this page.


Placement History
Shows a list of all placements with job title, location, along with start and end dates for each job.






Pay History

A complete list of all pay periods, with information including the pay date, check #, gross pay, taxes and other deductions, and net pay. Click the More + button to see a detailed breakdown of your deductions. Clicking on the printer icon will give a detailed, printable paystub with complete information including year-to-date totals, sick time accruals (if applicable) and more.

This section provides links to your healthcare coverage options as an employee of TalentLaunch. Click the links on the page to get more in-depth information about your insurance options and to download necessary forms. Contact information needed to start, stop, or change coverage also appears here.
