- Login to the WFM Platform (Able)
- Inside WFM, click on the Applicant tab that you would like to update the password
- Within the Applicant Profile click on the Able Applicant Login on the bottom left-hand corner of the page
- Click on “Force Password Reset” which triggers an email to the applicant’s inbox with a clickable link
- Instruct the applicant to open the email and click on the “Reset Password” link within the email which prompts the applicant to reset the password
Note: the password reset link is only valid for one hour and the password must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and be at least 8 characters
