Able - How to Update an Applicant's Password

  1. Login to the WFM Platform (Able)
  2. Inside WFM, click on the Applicant tab that you would like to update the password 
  3. Within the Applicant Profile click on the Able Applicant Login on the bottom left-hand corner of the page 
  4. Click on “Force Password Reset” which triggers an email to the applicant’s inbox with a clickable link 
  5. Instruct the applicant to open the email and click on the “Reset Password” link within the email which prompts the applicant to reset the password  
        Note: the password reset link is only valid for one hour and the password must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and be at least 8 characters
