- Login to the WFM Platform or the Able tab in Bullhorn.
- Inside WFM, click on the Applicant tab that you would like to login as the applicant
- Within the Applicant Profile click on the Able Applicant Login on the bottom left hand corner of the page
- Click on “Login as Applicant”
- Within the pop-up, select the “Reason” in the dropdown as to why you are logging in on the applicants behalf and fill in a brief description to support the toggled reason
- Once completed, select “continue” which opens up the applicant’s profile in an additional tab in your browser.
