How to Submit an Incident Ticket

An incident is a interruption to a service or reduction in the quality of a service. Your computer won't turn on? Bullhorn isn't saving? You, your client, or your candidate is receiving an error with one of our services? Phones, copiers, or audio/video equipment not working? These are all examples of incidents. Use the following guide to help you report a new incident.

  1. Login to the Freshservice Homepage at support.mytalentlaunch.com
  2. Click Report an Incident

  3. The Search a requester field will default to your information, however you can search for and submit a ticket on behalf of another user by entering their email address
  4. Enter a descriptive Subject

  5. Select the Application that this incident is in regards to. If the Application is not listed, or this is a Hardware incident, you may leave this field blank
  6. Select the Urgency of this incident from the dropdown. Please let us know how this incident is impacting your day.


  7. Enter as much information as possible in the Description field. 

  8. If you have a screenshot or have a file to attach, click the Attach a file and browse to the location
  9. Click Submit once you have entered all of the requested information.
