To enhance our security, we will be rolling out Duo Security. This software is a two-factor authentication method.To get started with Duo, please follow the instructions below.
1. You should have received an email from Duo Security (no-reply@duosecurity.com) that looks like this. Click on the first link you see.
2. After clicking on that, a new tab should open up. Click Next until you are prompted with three options.
I recommend downloading the Duo app on your phone as it's pretty quick and will provide a faster log in experience. The text message is also an option if you prefer that route. Don't use the Security Key option.
Duo Authentication App.
1. Select Duo mobile from the options list.
2. Add your phone number and click next. You will need to enter the code sent to the phone number provided.
3. Download the Duo authentication app from the Play store (Android) or Apple store.
4. Click add account then select "Use QR Code".
5. Scan the QR code that is displayed on the screen.
You are now ready to use Duo when prompted.
