New Hire/Onboarding Request in Freshservice

NEW HIRE/ONBOARDING REQUEST IN FRESHSERVICE


This service request triggers training offerings for new hires scheduled through TalentLaunch University and L&D.

Please email your signed Offer Letter and Confidentiality/Non-Compete Agreements to the TalentLaunch HR Manager, Jocelyn Mellinger


How to Request the New Hire/Onboarding Service:


Step 1: Click Managed Bookmarks and select Freshservice


Step 2: Click Request New Service


Step 3: Click People Operations on the Service Categories menu on the left side of the screen. 


Step 4: Click Request Now under New Hire / Onboarding Request


Step 5: Enter the new hire's information including their First and Last Name, Operating Company, Title, Start Date, Reporting Manager, Cell Phone Number, Primary Job Function, and whether or not the employee needs business cards. 


Note you can request this service for someone else by checking the Request for someone else box and entering that person's email. 


Step 6: Enter the employee's Payroll Information including salary, PTO options, etc.


Step 7: Enter the employee's information for the IT New User Setup including the kind of hardware, software, etc. needed. 


Step 8: Enter the information for the New Hire Setup - their name and personal email. 


Step 9: Enter the information needed for the Business Card setup. 


Step 10: Click Place Request to complete the service request.
