Employee Change Service Requests in Freshservice

EMPLOYEE CHANGE SERVICE REQUESTS IN FRESHSERVICE


Managers will now submit all employee change requests  through a Freshservice Service Request as opposed to a Google Form. 


WHAT IS CHANGING?


Employee Exit Request - Complete when an employee is exiting the organization permanently.


Employee Leave of Absence - Complete when an employee is temporarily leaving the organization (information must still be submitted through the request even if they are still working while on leaving).


Employee Return from Leave of Absence - Complete when an employee returns from their leave of absence.


Employee Change Request - Complete when an employee has any change in information. 

Changes that can be submitted here include:

  • Role 
  • Title 
  • IT Access 
  • Name
  • Operating Company
  • Brand
  • Department
  • Location
  • Salary

WHERE TO FIND THE SERVICE REQUESTS?

 

1. Navigate to the Freshservice homepage. 

2. Click Service Request.

3. Under the Service Categories menu, select People Operations Requests (OR enter Employee [Change/Exit/Leave of Absence/Return from Leave of Absence] Request in the Search bar).

4. Click to open the applicable service request and fill in all required information.
