Step 1: Click to open the Citrix Menu this is the button is located at the top of the primary screen.
Step 2: Click Minimize Button to decrease you citrix window size.
(Preferred Step Not Mandatory): Plug in USB Headset.
Step 3: Click the Picture Icon (bottom right next to the time).
Step 4: Next to the volume slider click the Output Icon.
Step 5: Check Output & Input devices and adjust if necessary.
Step 6: Open Google Chrome from the chromebook (outside of citrix).
Step 7: Navigate to your Calendar
Step 8: Single click the meeting invite and click the Zoom Link.
Step 9: Type in your Name in the "ScreenName" and click Join.
After the meeting you can close Google Chrome & Zoom then maximize your Citrix session across all your screens again
If You Have Camera, Audio or Microphone Issues
Click Up Arrow (next to the mic in the bottom left of the zoom application) and select your correct Microphone and Speaker.
Check to make sure Camera, Microphone & Speaker has the correct settings.
Test the Microphone by selecting audio options then speaking and watching the dots next to the mic move
Test the Speaker by selecting audio options then clicking the test button and making sure the sound comes through your speakers
