Android :
- On your phone, navigate to Settings (settings location may vary based on device type) > Accounts.
- Tap "+ Add account."
- Tap Google (you may be prompted to put in your PIN).
- Enter your email address then tap Next.
- Enter the email password then tap Next.
- You will then be directed to accept the Device Management Agreement tied to our G Suite account (this allows us to disable your work google account if needed and does not give us any access to your personal content).
Your work Gsuite account is now available across all apps on your phone like Gmail, Calendar, Keep, and Hangouts!
iPhone :
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap "Mail>Accounts"
- Tap "Add Account"
- Select “Google”
- Enter your email address then tap Next.
- Enter the email password then tap Next.
- Open the Gmail app or the Mail app on you iPhone
- You will get a Device Policy Alert> Click Next> Allow and Install. Then go to Settings>Profile Downloaded to install the profile.
Your Google profile is now available for all google apps on your phone.
