Candidate Password Reset Instructions for Peoplenet


  1. Go to www.mypeoplenet.com
  2. Click "Trouble Signing In?"

  3. A box with three options will appear and Peoplenet will walk the candidate through resolving their login issue.

  4. Peoplenet will prompt to select an account to update. After making any selections, then select SUBMIT to continue.
  5. After making a selection, Peoplenet will prompt to enter and confirm a new password. If there are any password complexity rules, those will be displayed at this time.
  6. After creating and confirming a new password, press the SUBMIT button. A confirmation message will appear, and the user can return to the sign in screen to log on.
