Logging Into CloudCall for Bullhorn S Extension

To login to your CloudCall for Bullhorn extension, you will need to follow these easy steps below. 


Step 1: Open the CloudCall extension. Select CloudCall US from the drop-down menu.




Step 2: Login using your username and password. 


Username - Your Direct Dial number (From Employee Directory(prefix with a 1, no dashes. ie:  12165551111 )

Password - Talent123


Step 3: Click Login.



Logging Into CloudCall for Bullhorn S Extension

Once you have logged into CloudCall for Bullhorn S, you will then need to navigate to the following (see images below):


Step One: Click Menu (icon in left corner).


Step Two: Select Settings.


Step Three: Select CRM.


Step Four: Select Bullhorn from the CRM drop-down. Once selected, then you will be prompted to choose between Bullhorn S and other editions of Bullhorn. choose the relevant edition of Bullhorn. This will be Bullhorn S. Once chosen, CloudCall for Bullhorn S will restart. 




Step Five: Under Contacts, you will now see a list of Candidates, Contacts or Leads.



Configuring CloudCall for Bullhorn: How to Configure Web Page Interaction

Web Page Interaction should be configured for a user and defines the type of number prefix that the user will most likely call and click on with CloudCall for Bullhorn. 

     - US click-to-call: 001 or 1-617

     - UK click-to-call: +44


Please see below example of how to configure Web Page Interaction. 





Drag the desired country that you will calling into 1st Priority. The US should be the 1st and UK should be 2nd. As TalentLaunch will only be calling in he US, then you are able to delete UK if preferred.
