Cloudcall Communicator Notification/Incoming/Outbound Calls Issue

If you are experiencing issues receiving inbound/outbound calls, follow these steps to get it back to a working state.


1. Click on the clock found in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. 

2. If a Cloudcall Communicator notification is available, click the gear icon found in the top right hand corner of that notification. Then select "keep showing". This should bring back the notifications to answer incoming calls/ outbound calls.


If this doesn't solve your issue move forward with the next step.

3. Click into notifications and toggle off then back on the communicator.

If this doesn't work, try one last thing before contacting support.

4. If none of the options above worked, we are going to force stop the app. To do so, right click the red cloudcall icon found at the bottom of your screen and select "app info".



5. Click on "More settings and permissions"

6. Select "force stop"

7. Open the communicator back up and test to see if it is working again. If this does not solve your issue. Please open a support ticket so we can further look into the issue.
