How to Use Agent Login

Steps on how to Login to Cloud Call's Agent Login for the First Time 


NOTE: Please submit a ticket into Freshservice to enable Agent Login for your user account.



1. You can use the Agent Login Feature at any phone that has a "LOGIN" Icon on a line.  If you are uncertain, please contact the Helpdesk


2. Press the Line that says "LOGIN" and wait for a Dial tone; press *1 and wait for the prompt.


3. You will be prompted to put in your username; this will be your extension followed by the # symbol.


4. You will then be requested to put in your PIN number, followed by the # symbol. 

  

             NOTE: The Helpdesk will provide you with a pin number when you request to have Agent Login Enabled. 


5. Your Extension will show up as the line and you are ready to make phone calls. 


6. Once finished, press on your extension till you get a Dial Tone - Press *1 and you will be logged out of Agent Login
