Go to the elliptical menu in the upper right of your browser>More Tools>Extensions:
Disable CloudCall Unified Communications ver 1.29.11
Turn on Developer mode by clicking the slider in the top right corner:
Click on Load Unpacked
To install the old version of the extension browse in Google Drive to: TalentLaunch Public Network>IT Software>CloudCall and Highlight CCU_1.29.10 folder and click Open in lower right corner:
You should now see the CloudCall Unified Communications ver 1.29.10 installed.
Go back to your browser and click the puzzle icon in upper right to manage extensions:
Pin the CloudCall Unified Communication extension by clicking pin to browser button.
Once pinned, click to open the extension and login with your full phone number (including the 1 in front) as your Username. Unless changed, your password should be Talent123.Be sure you're logged into CloudCall US. Click OK and Allow on the prompts:
Click the four dots square menu in upper left and choose Settings>Webpage Interaction>delete Australia and United Kingdom under Country heading:
Click on Back to settings and then on Exceptions list Click on Add Rule
Type in *mail.google.com* and set the direction as Click2Contact only then click Add
Click on Add Rule again
Type in *docs.google.com* and set the direction as Click2Contact only then click Add
You should now have the extension installed and usable.
