Reporting for CloudCall

Within the CloudCall Portal, you are able to access information such as number of calls by inbound, outbound, or forwarded calls, as well as call duration information. Here is how you can access this information:


  1. After logging into the CloudCall Portal, click on the "Reporting" category on the left-hand side of the page. 
  2. The easiest report for reviewing a group in CloudCall is the Staff Reports.
  3. Select your group or team member in the first dropdown as well as the date range you wish to review, then click the "Search" button
  4. By virtue of the data represented, you will be able to review total call duration for the period of time, the number of calls made or received and have the ability to export the report into an Excel document for further review.
