CloudCall - Disable Auto-Open Record Settings

To Disable CloudCall's auto-opening of notes and records change the following settings:


  • Click the four boxes on the top left to access the menu: 
  •  
  • Then Choose the settings option:
  •  
  • In the settings menu, choose the CRM option:
  •  
  • In the CRM menu set the following options to No:
  •  
  • Go Back to settings and open the Application menu:
  •  
  • In the application menu, set the incoming call option to No:
