Contacts in CloudCall Communicator and CloudCall Unified Communications extension.

Contacts are not available directly within CloudCall Communicator. The best source for contact information lies in the Chrome extension named CloudCall Unified Communications for CRM. 


  • To simply make a call to a contact use the extension to look up the contact's number and copy and paste into the Communicator and hit the call button:

 


  • If you want to transfer a call from CloudCall Communicator and you don't know the user's number, open the Unified extension in Chrome to find the number. For example, if you're going to call a client and want to transfer to an internal contact, you'd copy the number from Unified Communications and make the call to the client. Once established choose the elliptical menu in the upper right and choose Transfer To...


       

Paste the number to transfer into the box that appears and hit the green arrow button to complete the transfer:

 

   

 

  • To add a contact to your Communicator's contacts from a previous call just double click the contact and click the checkmark to add them:
